Mass Torts Case Coordinator
Mary Means M.S., NCC holds a Master of Science Degree in Counseling from The University of Memphis and has worked in various academic and counseling settings for the past seven years.
Mary performed multiple administrative roles through The University of Memphis in Psychology, Counseling, and Academic Retention Departments. Her duties included completing clerical tasks, advising undergraduate students, and interning at various community agencies in Memphis, TN.
In 2016, Mary began to explore opportunities in the field of law, bringing her experience as a counselor to the Mass Tort Division of Bailey & Greer, PLLC. Mary’s caseload includes 150 clients, all of whom were prescribed medications containing inadequate warnings, and suffered permanent physical injuries as a result.
Equipped with extensive knowledge in counseling, Mary is able to communicate with her clients in a compassionate and effective manner, building their claims from the first phone call all the way to the settlement process. She is proud to go to work each day holding drug companies accountable for their actions and being an advocate for those who deserve compensation.
