Mary Mildram
Human Resources Director
Mary holds a Master of Science Degree in Counseling from The University of Memphis. She joined the Bailey & Greer team in 2016, first as an Intake Specialist and later as a Paralegal working up personal injury and product liability claims. In keeping with the growth of our firm, Mary has assumed the role of Human Resources Director.
She is committed to creating a centralized, solution-focused HR experience for all employees at Bailey & Greer. Her goal is to effectively streamline office procedures, manage team performance expectations and goals, and ultimately foster a company culture that is focused on our professional development and remains consistent with our values.
