Nicole Dillard

Nicole Dillard is a receptionist and legal assistant at Bailey & Greer. Nicole has one of the most important jobs in our firm, because she is the first person that people speak with and see when calling or visiting our office.

In 2008, Nicole graduated from Alcorn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology/Health Science. In 2012, Nicole began working in the health care field. Prior to joining the Bailey & Greer team, Nicole was an office administrator for Stellar Home Care.

Nicole is the gatekeeper of the law firm. Nicole uses her southern hospitality to make clients and potential clients feel welcome and comfortable. Nicole knows that our clients and potential clients are going through a difficult time in their lives and she does her best to make them feel at ease by addressing everyone in a polite and professional manner.

In addition, Nicole is responsible for opening and closing client files, creating correspondence, maintaining pleadings, electronic case filing, calendaring and many other administrative duties.

Nicole resides in Southaven, Mississippi. She enjoys traveling to her home town of Mound Bayou, Mississippi to spend time with her family and friends.
